FIESTA DEL AMOR

This weekend, with the help of a few friends,

I threw a "Fiesta Del Amor"

*that's a fiesta of love -for the English speaking*

A very dear friend and sorority sister of mine is getting married.

And as it hit me - that night - she is a lucky gal.

Truly loved. Adored. Enveloped by a man that will love her fully.

And naturally! They deserved only the best "Fiesta Del Amor" I can dream up!

I would like to share these pictures with you because,

There is most certainly a creative process to it all.

My process starts with inspiration.

I saw these napkins...

Then I designed the invitation.

Spending WAY too many hours on this part of the process!

But well worth it. She loved them!

And well, honestly.

This is the reason people have parties,

To celebrate happiness and joy in someone's life!

Then came the tissue poms, the candles, the table setting...

The music.

The salsa bar - taco bar - and well the margarita bar!

And you can't have margaritas without the 'tipsy pitcher'

Like I say... It's a process. A vision.

And the best part is the gathering of friends and family!
